FluoroPel 410F

FluoroPel 410F is a fluoroacrylic copolymer solution in a fluorosolvent for coating circuit board parts in the effort to prevent Tin Whiskers and Dendrites. Films dry in a few minutes at room temperature and provide a surface with a contact angle to water of approximately 100°. This may be used as a Parylene replacement. Please contact Cytonix for custom formulations with different solvents and functional properties.

Shelf life: Two years (at 1°F in sealed unopened container)
Application methods: Syringe, immersion, spin, dipping, etc.
Curing: Air dries at room temperature in 5 minutes (and bake 60°C for 30 minutes if possible). Cures in 12 hours.
