CytoZane: Polysilazane coatings

The CytoZane series are polysilazane-based coatings that offer great high-temperature resistance, surface hardness, and low surface energy. The major properties of CytoZane includes corrosion protection and easy-to-clean properties. CytoZane coatings offer a pencil hardness of >7H.  CytoZane coatings exhibit outstanding thermal stability >750°C without significant mass loss. The CytoZane series also includes additivess for polysilazane-based coatings that make formulations more hydrophobic and oleoephobic for specilized applications.  Substrates for CytoZane includes plastic, metal, glass, and painted surfaces. When well-cured, contact angles to water greater than 100° and roll-off angles of less than 10° can be achieved. Packaging options include 100 ml (80-grams), and 1000 ml (800-gram) bottles.
