Optically clear nano coatings, such as CytoPel 500, provide essential protection for LEDs, ensuring their longevity. Harsh environmental conditions can significantly impact the long-term performance of LEDs. Temperature extremes, moisture, and humidity are no match for CytoPel 500. In addition to its excellent moisture barrier properties, this ultra-thin coating adds minimal weight to LED components—an important consideration for the overall weight of LED displays. CytoPel 500, at a concentration of 2%, is optically clear and can be directly applied to LEDs without compromising their shine or brightness. Furthermore, masking during dip coating is unnecessary.
