CytoPel 420-F25M

CytoPel 420-F25M is a fluorocarbon and hydrocarbon copolymer solution in a fluorosolvent for coating circuit board components to prevent corrosion, tin-whiskers and dendrites. Films dry in a few minutes at room temperature and provide a surface with a contact angle to water of approximately 100°. This may be used as a Parylene replacement. Please contact Cytonix for custom formulations with different solvents and functional properties.

Application methods: Syringe, immersion, spin, dipping, etc.
Curing: Air dries at room temperature in 5 minutes (and bake 60°C for 30 minutes in high humidity chamber if possible). Cures in 12 hours.
