CytoPel 500M

CytoPel 500M is a fluoropolymer solution with nanoparticles in a non-flammable fluorosolvent (BP=60°C). Substrates coated with 500M are superhydrophobic and have >140° contact angles to water. CytoPel 500M is applied by immersion or dipping but spraying may also be used.

Shelf life: Two years (in sealed unopened container)
Application methods: Immersion, dipping, spraying, etc.
Curing: Air dry at room temperature in 5 minutes. Let air dry for 4 hours prior to testing
Appearance: Translucent nano film

Flammability: Non-burning
Heat stability: Continuous 175°C
