CytoPel 600PC

CytoPel 600PC is a hydrophobic and oleophobic versatile nano coating.  It is polymer solution for coating membranes, glass, plastic, and metal surfaces. CytoPel repels water, oils, solvents, buffers, and biofluids (blood, serum, urine, etc.). Thin films dry in a few minutes at room temperature and provide a surface with a contact angle to water of >110°. On membranes, mesh and filters, CytoPel does not occlude pores and helps achieve oleophobicity grades up to 8. CytoPel is a good replacement for 3M Novec family of conformal coatings. Application notes:  Please make sure the substrate is free of dust and any other loose material. Dip the part in CytoPel and allow to soak for about 30 seconds. Remove the part from the CytoPel solution slowly (1 cm/second). The part will be dry in 60 seconds. CytoPel can also be applied by spraying, spinning, damming, syringe-dispensing, etc.
