Version:
CytoPel N-series is low viscosity, low surface energy solution of a coating carried in a hydrofluoroether solvent. This coating is designed for moisture and corrosion protection of printed circuit boards and semiconductor chips. CytoPel dries to a thin, transparent, long-lasting film with great hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. This conformal coating is easy to apply, non-flammable, low in toxicity, non-ozone depleting and RoHS compliant. Thin films dry in a few minutes at room temperature to a surface energy of about 10 dynes/cm. This thin film coating will provide a water contact angle over 105° and a mineral oil contact angle over 60°. Application methods for CytoPel include dipping, brushing, wiping, spraying, etc. CytoPel N-series coatings are good replacements for Novec 1700 series and Novec 1900 series electronic grade coatings.

CytoPel N-1702 is similar to Novec 1702 (0.2%)
