S-series Ink

CytoInks S-Series hydrophobic screen printing inks are tough, and  pigmented. Thin films cure in 3 minutes at 200°C, have contact angles to water of approximately 95° and have great chemical and solvent resistance. These thixotropic inks are currently used in manufacturing hydrophobic immunological diagnostic microscope slides and microarray plates. Water contact angle: over 95°
Solvent resistance: Acetone, ethanol, MEK, etc.

Cure by ramping heat from ambient to 200°C over 15 minutes and maintain at 200°C for 5 minutes. Clean up with triethyl phosphate. Store unused ink at room temperature in tightly sealed container.
