S-series Ink

CytoCoat S-Series hydrophobic screen printing inks are tough, and  pigmented. Thin films cure in 3 minutes at 200°C, have contact angles to water of approximately 95° and have great chemical and solvent resistance. FluoroPel thixotropic inks are currently used in manufacturing hydrophobic immunological diagnostic microscope slides and microarray plates. This ink is available in grey and white.  Please contact Cytonix for custom colors and for large volume pricing.

Water contact angle: over 95°

Solvent resistance: Acetone, ethanol, MEK, etc.

Cure by ramping heat from ambient to 200°C over 15 minutes and maintain at 200°C for 5 minutes. Clean up with triethyl phosphate. Store unused ink at room temperature in tightly sealed container
